We make every effort to display product colors and descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device display perfectly represents the actual color of products.

Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates these terms, and to issue a full refund in such cases.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All trademarks, logos, and brand elements displayed on this site are the exclusive property of Alpha Wear Labs LLC. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Wear Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
