Refund and Return Policy

At AlphaWearLabs, customer satisfaction and athlete performance are at the core of everything we engineer. If you are not completely satisfied with your gear, we offer a straightforward 30-Day Return Guarantee.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, returned items must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and odor-free.
  • All original tags, labels, and protective hygiene liners must remain attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • You must provide your Order Confirmation Number or the email address used at checkout.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, underwear/intimate garments, and items explicitly labeled as "Final Sale".

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email our customer service team at support@alphawearlabs.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will verify your request and provide a return authorization code along with prepaid return instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Pack your items securely and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location (USPS / UPS).

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The quickest method is to email us at support@alphawearlabs.com for a hassle-free size exchange, or return the original item for a refund and place a fresh order online.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment facility, we will send an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Note: Depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a flawed, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@alphawearlabs.com with descriptive photos. We will expedite a free replacement or issue an immediate full refund at zero additional cost to you.
