Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Alpha Wear Labs. Because every item we sell is custom-printed and personalized specifically for you, our shipping process looks a little different from traditional retailers.

Please review our shipping policies and timelines below so you know exactly when to expect your new gear.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

We don’t pull your items from a warehouse shelf; we create them from scratch. Once your order is placed, it is sent directly to our printing queue.

  • Production Time: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your custom apparel, posters, or accessories.
  • Please note that production time is in addition to shipping time.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

Currently, Alpha Wear Labs proudly ships across the United States.

Once your custom item has passed our quality assurance checks and is ready to leave the lab, it will be handed over to our shipping carriers.

  • Standard US Shipping: Estimated 3 to 7 business days in transit.
  • Shipping Rates: Exact shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons or due to severe weather conditions.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after receiving the email.

4. Shipping Address Modifications

Because we move quickly to get your custom items into production, you have a strict 12-hour window after placing your order to change your shipping address.

If you notice a mistake in your delivery details, please email [email protected] immediately. After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated, and Alpha Wear Labs is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

We want to make sure your custom pieces get to you safely.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package appears to be stuck in transit for an unusual amount of time, please contact us. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the cost of a replacement order.
  • Marked as Delivered: If your tracking link indicates that your order was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. Alpha Wear Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as successfully delivered. ### 6. International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are looking forward to expanding our delivery zones in the future!
